The magnetic belt drive is a simple, inexpensive way of using magnets to separate material flows containing small impurities.
Application: Used to separate magnetic metals.
Process: Equipped with permanent magnets this product replaces the end roller on a conveyor belt. While non-magnetic materials is unloaded from the belt, magnetic material is held on surface for a further 120º.
Benefits: A simple, inexpensive way of using magnets to separate material flows containing small impurities. Can also be used as a “clean-up” magnet after a magnetic separator.
